All I need to say about this place is OMFG YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS AMAZING GELATO BEFORE YOU DIE!! However, serving excellent gelato is frankly the bare minimum for being a Gelateria. Here are 3 extra reasons why you must try 3BIS:
1. Chocolate Fountain Tap
I reckon if you paid them enough they’d let you stick your head under it. The rest of us on a budget will just have to make do with having our gelato cups/cones run under liquid chocolate for a few seconds resulting in multiple foodgasms.
2. Location Location Location
Borough Market is my food Mecca. The perfect place to start, spend or end your day/night out. This place is open until late so makes the perfect pitstop before catching the last train home.
There is another branch in Notting Hill which I’ve not visited but I’m assured is equally amaze balls.
3. Fro Yo & Co
If eating your entire daily calorie allowance in a few sweet mouthfuls is not your bag then don’t assume this place has nothing to offer. Whilst it’s by no means “low calorie”, the frozen yoghurt here is a lighter alternative to gelato and is equally delicious. Choose a fruit topping and you will at least get some vitamins in… Also try the Crepes… YUM!
